Rick Muhr is a running coach, speaker, and writer at themarathonsolution.com. His journey started in West Virginia and is now based in Grafton, Massachusetts. Rick has a BA in business administration and marketing.

Since college, Rick has completed over 30 marathons and has a marathon personal record of 2 hours and 33 minutes. For 12 years, Rick was the head coach for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team and training programs.

For the past several years, he has led and trained the Marathon coalition, which is a group of 15 Boston Athletic Association-sponsored charities. Over the years, Rick’s marathon teams have raised millions of dollars for charity.
